Tasmania Roadtrip Week 6 - Tesselated Pavement

We drove north again past Eaglehawk Neck to what is known as the Tesselated Pavement. The rocks here have fractured into rectangular or polygon shaped blocks that appear to be tessellated or tiled. It is like we are looking at the tops of those rocky columns at Cape Pillar that have been sliced off to form this ledge.
